MeetBot Email Inbox

Every meet_ user gets an agent inbox. People email MeetBot to schedule with you — it reads their intent, checks your real calendar and boundaries, proposes times, and books once everyone agrees. It runs the whole back-and-forth, including cancel and reschedule, without you in the loop.

Try itForward a “can we find time?” email to MeetBot

Morning Brief

A daily email that tells you what actually matters about your day — judgement-led, not a raw agenda. Reply in plain English to act: resolve a conflict, move a meeting, protect focus time. One-tap conflict resolution is built in. Opt in and set your delivery time from Settings.

Now in Claude Desktop

Connect meet_ to Claude Desktop in one click — no API key to copy or paste. Standards-based OAuth means your agent can book, reschedule, and manage your calendar straight from Claude Desktop, or any MCP client. The same tools you get in Claude Code, now everywhere you work.

Try itClaude Desktop → Settings → Connectors → meet_

Boundary Alerts

meet_ watches your week against the boundaries you set — energy caps, no-meeting blocks, daily limits — and flags breaches before they bite. Live status on your dashboard, surfaced in your morning brief.

Conflict & Overcommit Warnings

/meet today surfaces warnings, not just a timeline — double-bookings, back-to-back overload, and days that breach the limits you set. Your agent flags the problems worth knowing about before the day starts.

Try it/meet today

Calendar Visibility Modes

Control how each calendar affects your scheduling. Busy calendars block your availability and show events. Visible calendars show events (like a family diary) without blocking meeting slots. Off hides them entirely. Set per calendar from Settings.

Try itDashboard → Settings → Calendar visibility
17Both

Multi-Calendar

Connect multiple Google accounts and manage them all from Settings. Availability is checked across every connected calendar — no double-bookings across work, personal, or side-project accounts. Set your primary, add or remove accounts any time.

Try itDashboard → Settings → + Add Calendar

Feedback Survey

Give feedback any time from the dashboard sidebar. Tell us what's working, what's not, and rate your experience. Your input directly shapes what we build next.

Try itDashboard → Give feedback

Group Events

Multiple people can book the same time slot. All attendees are added to a single shared Google Calendar event with one Meet link. Set any event type to group mode from the dashboard.

Try itDashboard → Event Types → Edit → Group event

Booking Page Redesign

New 3-panel layout: your profile and event type switcher on the left, a visual month calendar in the centre, and time slots with inline booking form on the right. Mobile-responsive with stacked layout.

Activity Feed

See everything meet_ has done for you in one place — bookings, cancellations, reschedules, invites, and negotiations. Filterable by type, grouped by day, with stats showing your week at a glance.

Try itgetmeet.ai → Dashboard → Activity
12Both

Private Event Types

Mark any event type as private so it's hidden from your public profile — bookable only by direct link or agent. Perfect for internal meetings, book clubs, or VIP scheduling. It just won't appear on getmeet.ai/you.

Try itDashboard → Event Types → Edit → Listed on profile

Event Types

Multiple bookable meeting types — 15-min quick sync, 30-min intro, 60-min deep dive. Each with its own availability schedule, buffer time, daily cap, and minimum notice period.

Try itgetmeet.ai → Event Types
08System

GCal Sync

Two-way Google Calendar sync. Bookings appear in your calendar automatically. Your busy time is always respected. meet_ events are tagged with source metadata so you can tell them apart. Sync is durable and self-healing — channels re-arm automatically, gaps backfill, and a daily health check catches drift before it causes a clash.

Try itAutomatic — connects during onboarding
07Both

People & Contacts

Your contact graph, built automatically from your calendar history. See who you meet, how often, and when you last met. Invite contacts to meet_ directly from the People page.

Try itVisit getmeet.ai → People

Week View

Your agent pulls your real Google Calendar and gives you a briefing: what's coming up, where the gaps are, what needs prep. One command, full picture.

Try it/meet week

Your Profile

The best way to teach meet_ how you work. Run /meet profile and just talk to it — your boundaries, energy patterns, travel rules, conflict-resolution hierarchy, and what matters to you. Your agent uses all of it when scheduling on your behalf, and you can come back any time to update it.

Try it/meet profile → "I want to teach you more about how I work"

Cancel & Reschedule

Change plans from the agent. Updates the calendar, notifies attendees, frees the slot. No forms, no clicking through confirmation screens.

Try it"Reschedule my call with Sarah to Thursday"
03Agent

Invite Non-Users

Schedule with people who aren't on meet_ yet. They get an email with suggested times and pick one. No sign-up required to book.

Try it"Schedule a call with someone@example.com"

Booking Page

Your public link — anyone can book time with you, no account needed. Share it in your email signature, Slack bio, or LinkedIn.

Agent Booking

Say "book 30 min with X next week" in Claude Code. Your agent checks your real calendar, finds a slot that works, and sends the invite. Works with meet_ usernames or any email address.

Try it"Book me 30 minutes with Harry next week"

This is early alpha. Things will break. That's why you're here.

Questions? Bugs? Just reply to any meet_ email — it goes straight to Harry.
